Longterm Winter Stay
Nothing is better than enjoying the sun and mild temperatures during the winter. Escape the cold and leave wind & rain, snow & grey skies behind. Join many fellow hedonists and life the GOOD LIFE. Discovering this “good life” often involves spending your time in sunny and clear regions, especially during winter periods. Have a look how beautiful nature is in this time of year.With the pleasurable mediteranean weather, dramatic scenery and a friendly atmosphere, you can enjoy the Algarve in one of our apartments. 
They are perfectly suited for long term stay, because everything is there. Including heaters for the colder nights, because you might need them. And the terraces round the swimming pool are in the sun and out of the wind, therefore perfectly suited for an afternoon rest in your lazy chair….. 
STOP! “I know you’re busy and this looks important, however I need to ask you a big favor. Could you for a moment really think about what your life can be, if you are in the Algarve for a few months….?” “What will you be doing? How will you spend your time? Would it be relaxing to walk on the beach and the cosy centre with a soft warm breeze? How weird would it be drinking your coffe on a sunny terrace in the middle of the winter?” 
You probably have hundreds of reasons to decide for an “overwinter” vacation, most important decision however is where you want to stay doing it. For instance: it can be very handy to be able to talk to your apartment host in your owwn language. If there’s any problem or question you want a solution and information. Need a hairdresser? A doctor? Help with your mobile phone (don’t we all need that)? Internet in your apartment? Info on healthcare? Security and good outside lighting? A welcome and friendly atmosphere? 
It’s all there in our rental apartments, because you can always walk up to the host family and get help.

Information on long term stay / winter escape during autumn & winter period:
- special prices and conditions apply from 12th. October until 26th. April.
- minimum stay is 4 weeks, above this any amount of extra weeks is possible.
- choose between a bigger apartment (T2) or a smaller one (T1)
- the special price is for 2 persons in the apartment
- imagine having over your children, friends or grand children for a few days…. they only pay Euro 7,00 per night per person.
- satellite radio & television in your apartment….. feels like home!
- internet in your apartment for only 30,00 per month. So bring your laptop and stay in touch with the world, family and friends.
- supermarket, bakery, butcher and many other shops at walking distance. Take a stroll to the supermarket and buy fresh bread everyday.
- nice and quiet parking square right behind the house, for your own car or the rental car.
- bus stop right in front of your apartment with a cheap an extensive bus schedule into beaches, town and surrounding villages.
- Lagos also has a train station.
- clean towels twice a week.
- clean bed linnen plus a small cleaning of bathroom and kitchen once per week.
- use of electricity, gas and water is included (as long as the usage is normal).
- twice per week you can do your laundry in our machine (use your own soap, ion & ioning board available).
- twice per week you can make a free call to any landline telephone in the world (max. 10 minutes per call).

- T2 Apartment 1 or 2 (Casa Africa or Casa Rosa): Euro 760,= per 4 weeks (28 days)
- T1 Apartment 3 or 4 (Casa Mediterana or Casa Luna): Euro 660,= per 4 weeks (28 days)
