Prices
Prices depend on the choice of your apartment and the period you want to book it.Minimum rental period is 7 days, after that any extra amount of days is possible.
For long winter stay there are special prices, see page “longterm winter stay”. Prices are per night per apartment (thus NOT per person!)
Casa Africa – apartment 1 (4 persons are included in the standard price. 8 persons is the maximum, every extra person above 4 will cost GBP 6,00 per night/per person extra):
january, february, march, october, november, december: GBP 310,00 per week
april, may, october: GBP 400,00 per week
june, september: GBP 490,00 per week
july, august: GBP 580,00 per week
Casa Rosa – apartment 2 (4 persons are included in the standard price. 5 persons is the maximum, every extra person above 4 will cost GBP 6,00 per night/per person extra):
january, february, march, october, november, december: GBP 310,00 per week
april, may, october: GBP 400,00 per week
june, september: GBP 490,00 per week
july, august: GBP 580,00 per week
Casa Mediterana – apartment 3 (2 persons are included in the standard price. 5 persons is the maximum, every extra person above 2 will cost GBP 6,00 per night/per person extra):
january, february, march, october, november, december: GBP 250,00 per week
april, may, october: GBP 310,00 per week
june, september: GBP 400,00 per week
july, august: GBP 490,00 per week
Casa Luna – apartment 4 (2 persons are included in the standard price. 5 persons is the maximum, every extra person above 2 will cost GBP 6,00 per night/per person extra):
